The Rugged Expanse

The view of the La Sal mountain range from an area called Dead Horse Point shows the rugged red rocks of the canyon country. The more popular view overlooks the Colorado River. That painting will come in the future. I was impressed with the snowy mountains and the distance so clearly seen in this particular view. Enjoy the palette of purples that are evident in the red rocks, only enhanced with my brush!
