Famous for it's beautiful bronze statuaries representing the 14 step Catholic devotion that commemorates Jesus Christ's last day on Earth as a man. The 14 devotions, or stations, focus on specific events of His last day. Clergy of every faith have traveled during Holy week to visit this beautiful church. It is an area I choose to go back to and paint the chapel and some of the interior. It is humbling regardless of your beliefs, because of its location, it can be seen for miles around.
